Paediatrics residency program

In this setting, pediatric residents will develop a strong foundation in pediatrics with skills to manage a robust medical home focusing on nutrition, well-being, mental health, coordination of care, and preventive care.

Close-knit teams allow direct resident-attending interactions, and residents provide the first line of care for pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.

In addition, collaboration with the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship will strengthen resident's confidence in assessing and managing common mental health issues that take place in pediatric offices. Through this partnership, the UT Pediatric Residency offers comprehensive pediatric teaching, research and patient care. Once July hit, I realized that I had found a truly unique environment--one that challenges us every day to be better pediatricians while supporting us personally and professionally. I love food and our foodie scene is also fantastic with so many unique restaurants to go to, I am still discovering new places to try!
